About Karah Couch Photography
Hi, I'm Karah,
That's me with my husband and our three children. I grew up in Homosassa Fl exploring the outdoors and my love of both the visual and performing arts. After high school I attended USF in Tampa and received a BA in the visual arts with a focus in Photography In 2009. I feel that my background in fine art is a big influence on my work today, I strive to make all of my images works of art. |
What is the Process of Hiring and working with Me
The First thing you should do is send me an email letting me know what kind of photography you need and when. After that we'll mostly communicate through email or phone.
For Newborn Photos we won't be able to schedule the specific day of your session until your little one gets here but its important that I know your due date so that I have a rough idea when that will be. Newborn sessions need to be within 10 days of birth for the best results. I come to your home for newborn sessions and bring all the wraps and props with me so no need to stress about that. Of course, I'm also happy to use any outfits or props that you have and would like to include.
If you want to schedule A Portrait Session We will discuss in depth your vision for your shoot and plan location and props around what you want. If you're not sure what you want, don't worry. I'm an expert and between the two of us we can come up with ideas that you will love. All portrait sessions are scheduled within 1 1/2 hours of sunset for the best light quality. This time is also called the golden hour.
