Aubrey and Jeremy were married this weekend in a friend's gorgeous backyard overlooking the Homosassa River. It looked like we would be rained out. It started pouring about an hour before the wedding was supposed to start and it didn't look like it was going to let up. The minutes ticked by and the bride and groom were trying to decide if they should bite the bullet and move the ceremony to the reception site or keep waiting. Just as they were making the sad decision that they had to move the rain suddenly stopped! It was clear for the rest of their perfect day. After a ceremony that not only included the bride and groom but also the bride's daughter Carli and the groom's children Aubrey, Brooklyn, and Garrett we headed over to The Seagrass Waterfront Restaurant and Resort for the reception. But the party wasn't over after that, the whole group hopped into a few boats to go to the springs and swim for the rest of the day. Congratulations Grangers!!

I can't believe my baby sister is graduating from high school this year!! Rachel is 12 years younger than me so this of course makes me feel very old. As the years have gone by she's has become so smart and funny and kind.  I know she's going to do great things. Also, could you quit growing already, geez!!!

Welcome to the world Charles and Jonathan! I met these two little cuties yesterday and it made me both miss my twins when they were little and glad that I don't have two newborns anymore. They had a hard time settling but we managed to capture some pretty cute looks from them. Although, I don't think they were both asleep at the same time through the entire session. Which, if you think about it pretty much sums up life with newborn twins.

Something I know a lot of my clients struggle with is how to decide and express what kind of look they're hoping for with their Engagement, family, or child photography session. I photographed little three week old Ava in Citrus Springs on Saturday and she could not have been sweeter! We met during her sleepiest time of day so she was very relaxed and slept through most of her session. She is also one of the smiliest babies I've ever met! I don't know what she was dreaming about but it was definitely making her happy. 

Welcome baby Kayleigh! I was so excited to meet this little girl! I photographed her mommy and daddy when they got married and I took her mommy's maternity Photos so I've been waiting for her. She was such a little sweety. She wasn't too excited about her photo shoot at first because she felt a little chilly but she really warmed up to it after a little while and turned on the charm. 

This weekend I joined Kellie and Ron at their wedding at Citrus Hills Country Club in the beautiful Hampton room. Kellie and Ron were both so happy to join their two families together and there were lots of happy tears from everyone. After a sweet ceremony that included Kellie, Ron, and each of their children the party began! The dance floor was never empty. 

Just a few days apart, brother and sister Keenan and Riley are turning 1 and 4!! I joined them at their joint dinosaur themed party at Dinosaur World in Plant City and they had a blast. Even though it was a very hot July day they played hard and had a great time with their friends. Riley knows the names of an impressive amount of dinosaurs and Keenan is such a great walker, he just wanted to run around with the big kids! Happy Birthday Riley and Keenan!!
