Mallory and Dylan are having a baby! I know, that's pretty obvious here but I'm so happy for them. I've known Dylan and Mallory for something like 14 years and Dylan was actually the best man in my wedding. I've seen them through their entire relationship including this next step. I'm so honored to get to capture this very special time and I can't wait to meet their little girl next month. Besides, I couldn't ask for a more beautiful model to photograph. Seriously, Mallory told me right at the top of the shoot that she hates having her photo taken. You absolutely cannot tell in the results. She looks like she's done this whole photo shoot thing a million times. If you or someone you know is pregnant don't miss out on capturing this special time. Contact me today to book your session.
Who doesn't love a photo of a gorgeous glowing mom-to-be? A few months back I helped Liza and Kris announce their pregnancy and yesterday I met with them again to capture them as Liza's pregnancy comes towards the end. The final weeks of pregnancy are a difficult time for mothers, your feet are swollen, you constantly have to pee, and you are just generally uncomfortable but at the same time it is a truly amazing time. You connected to your baby in a way you never will be again, it is a time to be still and to appreciate the new life that is about to begin. It is my job to document this crazy time and to show pregnant mothers as the works of art they truly are. I can't wait to meet this little girl and I know her parents can't either.
I first met this wonderful family when their little girl Ellie was born and now they have a second little girl on the way! One of my favorite parts of my job is being invited back in to see my newborn clients again. Ellie has grown into a funny, sweet little ham who was happy to be in front of my camera but only if she could do her own poses. Her parent's were relaxed and let her enjoy herself so the whole family was really a pleasure to shoot. No stress, just beautiful family photos before the family gets a little bigger. And can I just say, look at that adorable baby bump! I can't wait to meet their new little one when she makes her appearance around Christmas and capture some photos of the proud new big sister. If you or someone you know has a baby on the way, head over to my contact page and send me a message. The months of November and December are already fully booked with January heading that way so don't wait!
Ella and Terrence's Engagement and Maternity Photos at Curtis Hixon Park in Tampa - Sneak Peek9/12/2016 It seemed like everything was going wrong for this shoot. It was swelteringly hot, Ella and Terrence were stuck behind an accident, and then it started to rain! But then, just like that everything was back on track! The rain cleared (and took some of the people in the park with it) The clients got there, and well, it stayed hot but still! Ella and Terrence were awesome to work with. They were up for anything and really seemed to enjoy themselves, basically the holy grail for photographers. Plus, could Ella seriously be glowing any more than she is! She's going to make an absolutely gorgeous bride, Terrence is a lucky man.
A few months back I met Whitney and Mathew and photographed their wedding day. Now they've asked me back to take Whitney's maternity photos! We met saturday at The University of Tampa campus and she looked absolutely beautiful even though she had to trek around the campus on a very hot and humid day while very pregnant. I love it when I am able to see past clients again as their lives change!
I had so much fun meeting with Kat and her entourage for her Maternity Photos this weekend. She was such a good sport and up for anything we wanted to try. She also came with some very helpful assistants/dress throwers. When I first met with her a few weeks ago she was still so little that I didn't realize she was the one I was meeting because she didn't look pregnant. Luckily she's popped a bit since then but I still had to have her push her belly out a few times. I can't wait to meet her little boy in a few weeks to take his photos too!
I photographed the Ramos Family near their home in Lakeland Florida the other day and they were absolutely delightful. They just moved to Florida and say they're excited to be somewhere with beautiful weather and friendly people and can't wait to welcome their baby girl in just over five short weeks!
